Here's The Deal; You simply Email Us, and tell us the area that you own your home, or where you plan on buying. You can either give us the name of a local brokerage that you want to work with, or we will contact a licensed and active broker in the area for you. This broker will offer us a referral fee if and when you buy or sell your property through them, and we will instruct them to take 35% off our referral fee and return it to you at closing. This can be used to assist you in paying your closing costs.

An example situation might be as follows; You are looking for a home in the $500,000 range in Stoughton Mass, we connect you with a reputable Stoughton realtor, and you buy a home through that realtor. Their commission on that sale may be $15,000, and they could offer us a 20% referral fee, or $3,000 (commissions are negotiable by law). Of that $3,000, you would receive 35% or $1,050. Might be nice to have an extra grand to pay the lender's attorney?
